Late post: 2024 has been a year of growth, challenges, and incredible milestones. When I look back, I feel both grateful and motivated for what lies ahead.
One of the learning this year is that "Mission should always be more than the ambition." At the beginning of the year, we had a vision—to build a strong team of educators who are not only knowledgeable but also deeply committed to their students. Today, I am proud to say that we have grown into a team of seven highly qualified teachers, all Chartered Accountants, passionate about guiding the next generation. The journey of bringing together such a dedicated group has been both exciting and rewarding.
This year, we had the privilege of teaching hundreds of students. Seeing their progress, dedication, and enthusiasm has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of our work.
One of the most special moments this year was celebrating Teachers’ Day with our team. Recognizing the hard work and dedication of each teacher was a reminder of why we do what we do. It reinforced the idea that great education is not just about knowledge but also about the passion and commitment behind it.
To extend our reach beyond the classroom, we launched a YouTube series and started a Telegram channel. Both of these platforms have allowed us to connect with students in new ways, making learning more accessible and engaging. These initiatives are just the beginning, and we are excited to build on them in the coming year.
At RMS, we believe education doesn’t stop when a course ends. That’s why we’re committed to supporting students beyond the classroom through our YouTube series and Telegram channel. From informative content and test series to live Q&As and continuous mentorship, we ensure that learning remains accessible and engaging.
Here’s to another year of learning, growth, and making a difference. And remembering that "Mission should always be more than the ambition."
